Bio
He graduated in law in 2005 at the University of Bari, has been a member of the Bari Bar since November 2008. He mainly deals with administrative law having gained his experience in urban planning and environmental, telecommunications, regional legislation health and public contracts.
Since 2012 he has been steadily collaborating, as an expert on the subject, with prof. Nicolò Carnimeo, professor of navigation law at the Ionian Department of the University of Bari, recently deepening the issues related to “Blue Growth”. As an expert in maritime law, he has also taught courses and university masters as well as training.
Among the most relevant experiences is the legal consultancy carried out for the Albanian government for the adoption of legislative measures on maritime navigation and pleasure boating; participation in a regional project for the implementation of the European Union Strategy for Adriatic-Ionian Region (EUSAIR); the preparation, as a component of RTP, of the Mooring Plan for the Municipality of Giovinazzo.
From May 2020 he joined the Management Committee at the Port System Authority of the Southern Adriatic Sea, as a member indicated by the Municipality of Manfredonia.
He is the author of numerous publications on coastal planning, maritime property, air and road transport as well as a speaker at conferences and seminars.
