He graduated in law in 1989 at the University of Bari, with a grade of 110/110 with honors and an invitation to continue his studies. From the academic year 1990/1991 to 2001/2002 he was an expert on the subject and a member of the examination commission of Administrative Law of the Legal Faculty of the University of Bari at the chair of prof. Carlo Alberto De Bellis. He collaborated in the drafting of the “Legal lexicon of construction and urban planning” published in 1992 by Editori Laterza edited by Enrico Dalfino.
From 1998 to 2004 he was a member of the Regional Randagism Commission at the Health Department of the Puglia Region. Director of the Bar of Bari first from March 2015 to February 2017, then until December 2018 and in the subsequent mandate. He has been a member of the Bari Bar since 1993 and practiced forensics at his father’s office until 1994. Cassation lawyer, he practices freelance and has widespread expertise in administrative, labor and civil law and in arbitration procedures.
