Since November 2017, he has been a consultant for the Chinese National Tourism Office, a body set up by the National Tourism Administration of the People’s Republic of China.
She has gained specific experience in legal consultancy in the management of RSA and RSSA (both on labor and purely authorization issues) as well as, in the field of public procurement, in assisting contractors in the management of relations with contracting authorities in specific relation to the dispute of penalties and in the drafting of the so-called reserves.
