With this in mind, therefore, the Firm offers its consultancy both in the procedural stage, through the examination of the Regulations and the local installation plans or, in any case, of the building and urban planning regulations as well as the environmental and landscape reference of the reference, and in court with respect to the adoption of the final measures adopted by the competent authorities.

Furthermore, the Firm also takes care of contractual activities, both in favor of managers and in favor of individuals and public administrations, related to the leasing and / or concession of the spaces where the TLC infrastructures are to be built.
